    I gotta say, tech support with AOL IN THE NINETIES, had a ticketing system where info was logged from call to call, so each support tech didn't have to start at the beginning each time. Now, even if you register the item, tech companies have the stupidest support bots.

    @LucidWhim @aolmail @AOLSupportHelp did aol do anything. i am getting all the crap spam too..and it is increasing. i have had this account since being with verizon. i am looking to convert as aol is doing nothing to fix this

    @elonmusk Yes. Same as AOL, Yahoo, ChaCha, GrooveShark, etc. Why? Because there's not much meaningful on it. The issue is design. It's not a 'town square' [as you rightfully hope it will be], but 'Blurb Spot Central'. The very design precludes thoughtful discussion of topics important.
