I gotta say, tech support with AOL IN THE NINETIES, had a ticketing system where info was logged from call to call, so each support tech didn't have to start at the beginning each time. Now, even if you register the item, tech companies have the stupidest support bots.

@elonmusk Yes. Same as AOL, Yahoo, ChaCha, GrooveShark, etc. Why? Because there's not much meaningful on it. The issue is design. It's not a 'town square' [as you rightfully hope it will be], but 'Blurb Spot Central'. The very design precludes thoughtful discussion of topics important.
