    Also if people think I'm kidding about my love of corn, I had TWO aol screennnames dedicated to it: robertocornlover and TarzanLordOfCorn (both self-given nicknames?) And used to collect recipe cards from grocery stores to cut out the pics of corn and tape them to my bedroom door

    @lethargicj @GraceRandolph AT&T was a terrible owner of Warner Bros. Worse than AOL.

    @BJMendelson True, also Tony has money and so does hit dad. Bichoff was trying to line up investors to pitch to a network (I think TNN or Fox Sports), but Vince swooped in and bought them on the cheap. Ratings were terrible there and that was why AOL didn’t see it as a viable option.

    @yokaniii_ yeah all the "fandoms" at my school was really vanilla stuff. Like I would read bad fanfics of a whole bunch of dumb stuff but there weren't people to talk to besides online and even that was a challenge with my AOL internet connection.
