    @DustMite_ Never used AOL 👀 but hey, any MSN messenger fans in the house?

  • JDay7 J(BigMan)Day (@JDay7) reported

    @aolmail are terrible, I was told I have to joined their paid plan before they can help me reset my password for my emails. They need to delete my email

  • NotAllDreams Devon Freeny (@NotAllDreams) reported

    @BittrScrptReadr Fan hobby horses were just generally more entertaining and unique on the smaller-scale '90s internet, I think. I still think about the guy on the AOL Trek boards who would argue up and down that DS9 was terrible and there was only one way to fix it: resurrect Sisko's dead wife.

  • Steven_Moyer Steve Moyer (@Steven_Moyer) reported

    @IvoryHecker Section 230 was enacted during the era of AOL, Prodigy, and CompuServe. It was never intended to be abused on a massive scale like it has been. Basically, media services need to decide if they are a platform or a publisher. They really shouldn’t be both.

  • wanyinbot Jiang Cheng (@wanyinbot) reported

    Jin Ling. Come help me guess Wei Wuxian's AOL password

  • triciaharris Tricia Harris 🌻 (@triciaharris) reported

    @ATLgaytheist @cazlab Y'all young'ens don't know nothing about Commodore 64 and 128 or Q-Link (later renamed AOL)...that's right...I've been on the internet since before AOL... Damn, I'm old 🥴 I may be Gen X.

  • tusabme Greg Civiletti (@tusabme) reported

    the people who created beepers and AOL screen names are just as legendary as whoever is creating this new augmented virtual reality… who are these people!!?? Lol.. problem is we just know the names Apple, IBM, Meta, etc…I need an interview with the mount Rushmore of coders/ET’s

  • EditsTwerk Twerk the Rebel (@EditsTwerk) reported

    @UNJIthe1 My bad. Aol messenger?

  • CasCritical Casually Critical 🇺🇦🙏 (@CasCritical) reported

    @disgaea3 @FunneeGrill @WrestleCringe This is certainly a massive factor. Ted Turner was the only one at AOL/TimeWarner who gave a damn. So when he no longer had any saying power they saw it as a profits vacuum.

  • MrTweetToo Star⚡Trak (@MrTweetToo) reported

    Then you can't use a delete all email in the Gmail app!? This why I will use AOL still might be slow but I'm not paying 😒
