  • callmejacent Jacinta Lily° (@callmejacent) reported

Congressman mentioning AOL in this TikTok CEO questioning has done it for me. This poor man is being hunted at this point

  • wesblog Wes Finley (@wesblog) reported

@SOMAMadman @estherschindler I used to use AOHell to trick AOL into thinking you were in the free "support" area while still using the chat or browser window. Could you imagine being limited to 20 hours per month of internet today?

  • Misterbside JD Silverthorne (@Misterbside) reported

You think companies know when you've given them an email that you never check? Like, they see it and be like "AOL?? This mf..."

  • RissiJC Rissi JC | On Alternate Social Media as RissiJC (@RissiJC) reported

@CameraCourt I think my points would go down actually. I think I have used a rotary phone (we used to have one upstairs when I was a kid) and we did have floppy disks so maybe I've used one? I was never into MySpace or AOL either. Wasn't my thing. And I guess today's version still isn't. ;)

  • Christian1981 b1uE3io5 (@Christian1981) reported

@engineers_feed Putting the AOL CD in my Packard Bell Multimedia PC, installing and then listening to the dial up sounds thinking, “Holly ****, I’m living in the future!”

  • azzawikarim1 Azzawi Karim (@azzawikarim1) reported

@engineers_feed 1993 registered with AOL for an ISP service.

  • SigmaJump SigmaJump (@SigmaJump) reported

@eyesofviolet13 That what I thought, but pretty sure I never actually used the email address. Also, thinking about it, I have no clue where Baby's First Email was hosted... wasn't AOL... wasn't Hotmail...

  • chris_solnordal Chris Solnordal (he/him) (@chris_solnordal) reported

@macleod_selene @congotim Two for me. Never did AOL or MySpace.

  • BlowholeAhab Blowhole Ventures, LLC (@BlowholeAhab) reported

@engineers_feed 1993 - AOL discs in the college mailbox every 2 weeks. Someone down the hall made a website tribute to a TV show and was flown out to meet the cast.
