@SoJoHello @MusicMa73363020 @CBSNews I do feel sorry for some of the people caught up in that, but I think you are right that what is best right now is to limit the oxygen. AND stop these fanboy&fangirl flamewars over ted cruz/aol/ilhan/mjt -- so much noise, so little signal =(

  • djageone Adrian (@djageone) reported

@RubinReport AOL. the reflective disk can send actual signals for help. the other one just just sends useless virtue signals.

  • antiqueboy Andrew Malin (@antiqueboy) reported from Congers, New York

Adulting department, successful. Cancelled an email account from an old ISP that I hadn’t been on in (several? Many?) years. Sorry to those 20k plus emails that are never getting read. Goes to the graveyard in the ether, along with my AOL account.

  • MissBMusic82 Michelle B (@MissBMusic82) reported

@AOL your customer service sucks. I'm sorry, there's no nice way to say it. I've had my AOL account since I was 16, and your agent was rude and snappy and logged me out of chat when I questioned the "solution" they gave me.

  • jamieharrellmba Jamie Harrell, MBA (@jamieharrellmba) reported

@Kazel_93 I got a one month free trial with my AOL CD that came in the mail, and forgot to cancel.

  • EdwinSenior E. S.--In mourning for the Republic. (@EdwinSenior) reported

@RubinReport The AOL disc is useful. You can use it as a signal mirror when planes or helicopters are near.

  • Mad_Anne_Flint Mad Anne flint (@Mad_Anne_Flint) reported

@RationalDis why would I want to be stranded on an island with useless AOL instead of another human being I can work with to build shelter, find food, build a raft, and sail home with? I realize Dave was trying to make a joke but it's ******' stupid.

  • funkpwer Theodore Kaczynski 6'3'' IQ 188 (@funkpwer) reported

@RationalDis He needs to clarify this more. Am I getting a computer with AOL installed it am I getting just the CD? A CD would be nice as a signal mirror, but assuming AOL would be functional I could just get in a chat room and tell people to send help.
