@eliomen Yes, this. The tech solutions never delivered, in many cases because UX was an afterthought. I think about people fleeing AOL and landing in the internet. What's the analogous experience here?

But then, I thought about the people who’s never touched any of those things. Some of them came from AOL, the ones who never uninstalled it from their computers. They remember a world where paper letters and phone calls were more prevalent. Could they really go back?

@AOLSupportHelp I have looked at my other email address and like I said all that I have had back is a survey that is not going to help me get into my account. This has been going on for over two weeks now 😡😡😡😡
