Your rep told me to delete the acct w/o asking questions. Still did not recog & lost 30k of my pers emails. Supervisor gave me no help and disconnected call.

Can you forward this onto a manager please, I as I've informed yourselves about this 'many, many, many times...' and it is promised the problem will be resolved - yet it still persists?
