    @aolmail Hi. I have a complaint. My client, an elderly and vulnerable lady who has had an AOL mailbox for over a decade has been locked out of her account for over a week. All she wants is to reset her password and gain access to her account.

    @aolmail you are a load of rubbish thank you for having problems your end with accounts and settings. Now there are things that i can never retrieve you will cost me time and money to start over with a new email address! With will not be with AOL😡😡

    @AOLSupportHelp Are you aware of this email issue ; old mail folder won't open and when you open a new mail it bonces back then its lost presumably to old mail folder which cant be opened !!!!

    @R_J_M28 @aolmail @AOLSupportHelp shows how many complaints have been about emails in the last week. There’s definitely a bigger issue I think as AOL Support messaged me back and said the uk contact form would have to rectify. Can you not contact the company about the documents and get sent to another email?

    @aolmail is there a problem with your email? New email dissappear before I can read them and then I can't open old email to actually read them. It's been going on for a week.

    @swinn_e3 @aolmail @AOLSupportHelp They have been sent to my email but need to be completed by her. You’d never have this issue to reset a password or the like with hotmail.
