  • doug_arcidino Doug Arcidino (@doug_arcidino) reported

@layuso @antirobust I mean, here’s the thing. I can absolutely do micro segmentation and secure it but I just don’t want to have to. You know these people are using network chipsets from the early AOL days.

Badly ****** up **** aol kids etc and then it turned out that the guy who did literally nothing wrong - so if you think.

Facebook is gross to me. And I remember AOL so I've been doing this a lot. But Facebook is always going to be a terrible place.

  • Sneakysilverman Brian Silverman (@Sneakysilverman) reported

@nanonoko Already opened a ticket via in-client support. The player is from columbia and is a reg, but the games shouldnt suffer because he has the internet connection of a 90s American household on AOL dialup. He probably isnt vioalting TOS, ACR just needs to change its policy/automation

  • thoughtfloss Dawn (@thoughtfloss) reported

@NeverThatRobin2 I got dumped on Christmas Eve by email back in college. Over AOL, for God's sake. But I broke up with my oldest son's dad at 3 a.m. and we went to my parents right then. The first was awful. The second was necessary.

@AOL Aruba, Jamaica, Bermuda, Bahamas, Key Largo, Guantanamo Bay we'll get there fast and then take slow that's where we want to go way down to Kokomo 🎶

  • Reanik_Game ReanikRM (@Reanik_Game) reported

@AOL I am just going to be blunt. You clearly have no clue that people in other countries still have email addresses on your service. I have now lost access to an account that was set up for me as a child by my mother because you failed to alert when your site was breached.

  • TheInvisibleMo Sheila Octaviano (@TheInvisibleMo) reported

@NudieThe I've been saying this since before phones, back on AOL. People complaining about privacy never get that they have an option to opt out. Internet has become a necessity for many, but it really isn't. I know people who live their lives oblivious and are happier because of it.

Facebook and Twitter were only comparable if you were in a chat or forum. And only if you knew the exact chat or group. There were no search engines. Even after AOL or Compuserve dictated portals, **** was way limited by today's standards. Most of y'all have no clue.
