@Jimi_Stella Heard it on a radio station. I called my brother. We went to a vigil down at the Lincoln Memorial. My bother remembers AOL was trying to stream it… Sad day, but since then we celebrate Jerry Week every year!

Bitcoin has an infinite moat and absolutely no competition. ETH has a never ending stream of very potential and very likely killers. Bitcoin is TCP/IP. ETH is AOL.

    Cancel AOL

  • GradeKangusBeef Kevin Angus (@GradeKangusBeef) reported

@wotveteran Absolutely!!! They felt lost in the books, which they were in a way, but even as a pacifist I was never really sold on how the way was able to regain its footing in a world so far removed of the peace of AoL

@Chikie5 I used to work for a number of tech companies as well, started with AOL in tech support (though I wanted to be a member of their client development team) in 1990s.

@greyauk A very old instant messenger service prior to like AOL chat/chatrooms even being a thing.

  • Missemolee Emily (@Missemolee) reported

I talk **** to my unwanted eyebrow hairs like I used to talk **** to people on aol before society decided that wasn’t ok anymore. savage

@yoonsholIy I think the show itself started on bad faith terms. They wanted the star power of aol and l&r in one instead of wanting to show a good story or a good piece of work. Everyone is complaining about how it's just a bad mixup of every popular xianxia.

  • Dons_Lawn_Salon Walter Melon (@Dons_Lawn_Salon) reported

@atothe_d @tinybaby They had dudes in aol chat rooms for 24 hours a day going "I'm 13/f Cali. Buy some twisted teas and come over" and were supposed to think that the marks were the bad guys
