    @artisannes @AOLSupportHelp Yes, going on three weeks now. No resolution offered other than to click “not spam” from AOL who admits they are having issues but don’t know when or if they will be resolved. Basically we have to check both folders from now on.

    @AOLSupportHelp still having all important emails mixed in w the spam, no resolution from AOL. The worst part is that this has been used as a lame excuse for not getting back to people for so long that no one believes you when it us actually happening. Come on AOL fix this.

    @PhilVille911 You're not in one of those you can't cancel your account, because they have to have a card number on file situations are you? I was there a long time ago with AOL.

    @JoshWComeau @SIRIUSXM I’ve still got an AOL email account From 20 years ago because you had to jump through hoops to get the cancel info, then you had to call them to do it!
