@FrankMcG @AccidentalCISO Facebook is horrible for build threads and such but the internet very much looks like AOL in the 90s walled garden that keeps people inside a few apps. You also have this thing where everyone wants to split up already small groups into sub groups and takes away from active users

@AmiliahDaBengal @TeabreeShark I don't remember my password ans signed up for tumblr with an old AOL email address I no longer use so ****.

  • CassRMorris Cass Morris ✨ AVEN CYCLE (@CassRMorris) reported

@IWMcLaren @CinaedhVik @DelilahSDawson I know I was able to keep up with AOL chats and dip in and out with no problem back in the day, but my attention span has changed as I've aged or something. I cannot keep up with Discord and actually feel like I'm part of something.

@davidmweissman I'll hang around until we have a better site to congregate at. Remember when we all had AOL and My Space?

@Section_230 @Cassi_______ @PaulTassi Zeran v AOL doesn't seem to counter my statement. My premise is that in return for this protection, service providers must comply with the regulatory framework. They are given the ability to engage in certain publisher activities, so long as they act in good faith.

@joshtpm @nycsouthpaw AOL. Best/worst deal in tech age depending on which side of the table you were sitting at.

I miss the days when my AOL told me I had mail rather then my #Twitter telling me it’s going to sell out to a fascist *******

@cryptomanran Bitcoin sucks bro, if you can’t spend it instantaneously a new technology will replace it such as @Dashpay which works instantly. BTC is like AOL or MySpace in the 2000’s
