@lvoeziyi glad I went into gmp knowing how it was going to go, otherwise idk how I would have survived 😭 this happened to me w aol though. when it started getting angsty all of a sudden I was like “wtf is going on 😳 ??”

@chessiie_ Little me saw my mom use it so I made an aol account as my email. Have a lot tied to it so I use it still. Their website is so god awful I wish i used Gmail like a normal person.

@frostflakefairy uhh i know this pain, aol was my second cdrama i’ve seen and at the same time the first xianxia i’ve seen and i’d never expect that it’s gonna go this way😳 at least, the ending was happy…but as for me not fully satisfying lmao haha

@thedeathsiren @trash_ebooks There was this weird scary period in the late-90's when everybody thought that AOL would become a monopoly ISP. Then cable companies (LOL many owned by Time Warner) started offering internet service, and AOL died horribly.

@DjangoWexler @orzelc This is not a new or easy problem. I watched it play out at Excite! 1995-2000. Before then, AOL, Prodigy, Compuserve, etc. had to deal with it. It's like getting a puppy and just expecting it will housetrain itself. That's not how puppies work.
