@Flashbang_Photo @atomicthumbs @imgur Yes I'm aware of this problem with forums and every other major online massive data storage system since the AOL days. So, make a backup of it. Burn it to a CD. Print it out. Put it on IPFS. Submit a copy to your local library. It can't be lost forever if people keep copies

If somebody could figure what ******** that’s out I’d be grateful. Is it the theoretical trace of Breitbart? Contracts? I don’t understand how HuffPost even survived its 2011 AOL acquisition

  • JesseNunez Jesse Nunez (@JesseNunez) reported

Sometimes I wish I can go back in time and roleplay as a wrestler on some Internet forum with my AOL connection and just talk **** in promos to random people winning Championships again. Fun era.

  • selphiedoo Jennifer H (@selphiedoo) reported

@thebravobabe_ I spent years in AOL chatrooms in the 90's telling people it's 'ho' and not a garden tool, only for kids these days to change the spelling on me. Rude.

  • EyanJ Thot Hall (@EyanJ) reported

@JLBarrow Im tired of the malarky online. I remember thinking getting booted from an AOL room was the worst thing now here we are.

  • 6o4boi Arr Sea (@6o4boi) reported

@CamShiesty8 @barstoolsports Kids will never know the joy of seeing the case of the VHS movie at Blockbuster that you've been wanting to watch so bad and then that gut punch that comes when you pick up and it's empty. So you come home and wait 5 minutes for boob pictures on aol to jack off on.

  • PAMauric 𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫 (@PAMauric) reported

@andrewm04881094 @guinnessstache AOL's network effect is just so strong people aren't even really looking at alternatives now that dial-up is a thing.

  • wesbury Brian Wesbury (@wesbury) reported

Can someone tell me why 5G sucks? I have three bars of 5G U.W. and downloading from AppleTV is like using a dial up AOL connection.

  • TonyPerkinsFMTV Tony Perkins (@TonyPerkinsFMTV) reported

@Stevo10211Steve Never had a My Space account, never had an aol email address.

I’d rather have AOL dial-up from 1996 than have Sky Broadband for internet, They’ve always been trash. They we’re **** 10 years ago, 5 years ago, still are and they will be **** tomorrow and Forever
