@david_whitney @FransBouma Don't think we used AOL - I seem to recall using some BT service. It was a very long time ago now, though, so I might be misremembering.

@mmpadellan I got 1 point for never having an AOL email address. I have a rotary land line phone (no cell phone), I still listen to CD's, I use a phone book for business numbers, I still use paper maps, I own and use dictionaries, I have a set of encyclopedias & I pay my bills with checks.

@RealHeatherOB No to the MySpace and AOL. Never purposely listened to a boom box, but for a while there, you had little choice ;-) Not owning a dictionary? Yeesh - that's scary. I think I have about 50, if you include all the Dictionnaire des difficultés...

@varnished_truth So...one point, then. Because I dimly remember having a MySpace page, but never an AOL email address. I could also toss having a GeoCities web page, but...couldn't take a point for it. 😼

@jimslittlegirlx I never had an AOL email account. Ten years ago I had a university intern for the summer and she didn’t know how to snail mail anything. That was a big mind **** moment for me. Like the world is such a different experience for this younger generation then it was for mine. 🤯🤯🤯

@lossrockhart 2 - never had a MySpace or AOL account. Also, for "Walkman", does a knock-off Panasonic count? I couldn't afford one of those fancy Walkman things, but I burned through a lot of batteries playing tapes in my Panasonic with crappy foam-covered headphones.
