    @Snowden Curious. Last Christmas the FBI was in my email and made it very obvious (I received an email from AOL support saying there had been a login with an IP near Norfolk) Is that usually how they operate? Do they want people to know?

    and before I send it out to aol, I hit update password on my iPhone. I click send. Aol says it’s not the right password. I call support, they try to sell me some aol service for $5 a month… repeatedly. I try to explain that I’m just trying to get to the page to reset my password

    My @AOL account that I have had for 15 + years was hacked . The only way recover it is to pay @AOL for support to help . I’m feel scammed !

    Once you had to be on a single service (AOL, CompuServe) to exchange [email] messages. Along came SMTP. Now you don’t know or need to care on which server they are. Will the same happen to social networking? #feediverse
