    @TheGoldenDays 90s, AOL. 2000s, Yahoo messenger was the ****. It actually had media built into it. I could watch music videos and listen to music, use it to send MS paint pictures, and lots of other stuff

    @wrestletaleszay Can’t really compare to WCW as it was owned by Time Warner and sold it due lack of interest in wrestling overall with AOL merger. Similar to TNA constantly being sold and yet they’re still around. WWE closing is like NBA closing just never gonna happen.

    The younger millennials were supervised *because of* elder millennials being unsupervised. We literally had an international incident because a girl in 9th grade hopped the tunnel bus to pre-9/11 Windsor to meet a guy lying about his age in an AOL chat room. It was on the news!

    @xxDFed117xx I never did AOL. So I know it is not that one. But for my life, I can't remember what all existed. I know I had a hotmail account before I moved to Gmail. I thought hotmail had something before they boned their own company. Same as Yahoo.

    @ChiefAgenteer @GaryMarcus Malfunctions is more accurate. But again, how much liability should the AI company have? Should the Internet Service Provider be responsible for the behavior of every user? How is OpenAI different from ISPs like AOL?
