Now that I sit back and think of it.... Why DID we leave @AOL? Chatrooms were ahead of time back then. The UI was a bit clunky but it was fun. So, why DID we leave the service? (The obvious pay wall notwithstanding.)

the AoL's living room had no overhead light, & we never got enough lamps in there to make it feel well-lit. my little lr here in gunny has an overhead light, & i have a floor lamp i bought off the marketplace last year, & it's so well-lit, i just really appreciate it.

It’s 2022 and @AOL still hasn’t fixed their spamming issue. I’ve been getting a lot of spam email from an aol account that’s attached to my name that I NEVER created. Wtf! Y’all need to fix this asap!
