    @cadwego 2. Never had an AOL acct and did not own an encyclopedia…! (More bc we were working class/would go to library than age though)

    @Mo8ius1 It could be. Internet = good, social media = bad may be a small part of this. 1990s was the rise of AOL messenger.

    @jakewisk 1 - never had an AOL account, but I still have Hotmail and Yahoo email addresses. If you've never sent a fax then you've probably never heard of telex.
