    I never used email for personal communication much. Hardly used it for an year or 2 when I had terrible timezone diffence with my friends else it was always AOL or Yahoo chat or BBM.

    @AOLSupportHelp good luck getting phone support 4 claiming accounts of deseased loved 1s. after hour o phone & promis to do so, AOL never send the paperwork to reclaim the account& when u call back, u get another almost unintelligibly accented "customer service" rep who can't

    My parents are having issues with their email account and my brother (who works IT) is trying to fix it over Zoom. The first issue is my parents apparently have email through AOL.
