@realgavinquinn @johnrennhack @ZephyrTeachout Also, MySpace was never complicit in foreign interference in the US elections and the violent persecution of ethnic groups worldwide. AOL might have though, not sure (just kidding, of course)

I had so much todo in the office today. Poxy Mac doesn’t like AOL so silent hours buggering around. @Xero is suppose to be easy it’s not #makingtaxdifficult . Other dramas with other documents. I’m not cut out for this ****

@StArsGoetia A lot of ppl used neopets as a front for just a “proto social media”whereas most chatrooms back then like yahoo, aol, etc were just full of perverts and weirdos (things never change)

@sarahemclaugh Every 30-something (or older) that enjoys dragging teenagers over tweets/recorded footage (or even 20-somethings for older **** they said/did) would ******* **** themselves if there were archives of AOL chat rooms or recordings of old Doom/Quake/Halo 2 matches.

@Aiannucci Aol mail not syncing with your outlook/ any other 3rd party mail client? I had same issue. Had to take the plunge and get a gmail account.

@AOL Can you please help me recover an old account that was deactivated. We were aol paid members for a very long time. Could you please help me. There has to be a way to recover the emails

@jorah In the ‘80s we had to use them. If you used one service like CompuServe as a gateway for mailing to another service like AOL, you had to include them. As soon as those two realized that users were doing that, they both shut it down.

@JellyDonutsRule @drunkengay We may glean from this experiment that.. The problem is not w the aol email account…but rather it is within the apple mail icon…since it apparently caused itself to fail I would assume it will heal itself in good order in a day or two…until then bookmark the aol website
