    @Dunne_ZoZoGo Always hated term “user.” It’s from digital media space. When I began in that space way back with Aol (coming from automotive), “user” always struck me as just financial. Avg revenue per user (ARPU); avg mthly users. Does not describe/drive favorable opinion & loyalty of customer

    @bburnworth I remember playing these numbers games with Broadcom, AMD, Nvidia, TI, Intel, CMGI, Gadzoox, Juniper, AOL, Yahoo, etc. It was fun dreaming and wondering "what if?" Never quite worked out the way I expected

    @engineers_feed Playing Cyberstrike on AOL. Also, hanging around the AOL technical support forums, because you could do that without paying $2.95/hr.
