@Section_230 @SergioVengeance Fail. "Section 230, however, plainly immunizes computer service providers like AOL from liability for information that originates with third parties." Zoran determined it was defamatory & demanded AOL apologize for platforming it. Not the same as AOL censoring legal content.

@matthewdmarsden I am curious … Why is there a good or bad connotation to an AOL e-mail account? BTW - no, I don’t.

@matthewdmarsden Yea. It's my first and still my main one. Don't get the issue over AOL. Like really who cares and how does my email affect anyone else? People are obsessed with this discussion though. I've heard many times " you still have AOL? Yea so!

@Stephen19718352 It is crap. I have never received more junk and filth mail that the software won't let me redirect. Makes AOL look ahead of the field.

I had a computer 20 years ago, but it was a Dell computer and it was running Windows XP. I spent time back then reading anime fan fictions, but I will never talk about the entire story behind that. I used AOL dial-up in 2003.

@ask_aubry Sigh... If you type something to the internet, it never dies, it will become public. If everyone would remember this, maybe people would be nicer. I stand by my posts, all the way back to AOL, though my drunk texts are not my favorites.

@GovAbbott Is this really a thing to post on Twitter? This is like announcing from your AOL account, that you no longer support Netscape. Strong move Chum

@KeneOliobi I guess it boils down to how "bard" you want to remain relevant. You don't wanna become yahoo or AOL in the face of innovation.

@CarrisWheel Theres a zero year exploit in Linuxor you can use to piggyback off of the Bent pyramid signal and spoof old AOL (Alexandria Online) tablets. You can also use a Motnet to install glyphloggers for credentials.

It’s amazing to think how big a company can get and just fail. AOL owned Warner Brothers at one point now the only thing they own is boomers e-mail addresses.
