    @SmarksW @THEVinceRusso Ratings really don’t mean anything at the end of the day! So, more eyes were on the garbage that was 2000 and 2001 WCW… is that business still in business? CNN, AOL/Time Warner wanted absolutely nothing to do with WCW, saw absolutely no value of it. Viewers ≠ success

    @wxdam Prodigy, Compuserve, AOL. Any service that might turn out to be the eventual ‘winner’. When I first joined AOL, it was not connected to the rest of the internet. It was a closed system.

    .@HBOMaxHelp Dear Intern: I was learning how to design & build sites on the AOL service in the 90s. I created a gorg site....but a 2-hour download at 2400 baud at launch. Thought I was done. Spent all of Xmas week redesigning & rebuilding so it DLd in <15 minutes & lived. <3

    @THEVinceRusso After AOL/Time Warner bought Turner wrestling was done there, they didn't want it. You could have had Bret and Shawn, Flair and Steamboat, and whatever else it still wouldn't have mattered. Neither you nor Bischoff are responsible for WCW shutting down.

    @An0nym0usNobody Did you ever play around with any of the AOLHell apps or the warez **** that was around at the time?? The AOL chatrooms could get you all the movies in the theatres by sending you rar's kinda like mirc lol

    @AOLSupportHelp Yeah no I’m disputing it with their bank since you customer support only offered two months credit after 10+ years of stealing their money

    I see it's not just AOL that's broken, but for iCloud as well - it seems like this is an unloved feature. Better to remove it if it's not going to be maintained.

    @azeem The Web or the Internet (not the same thing)?I was using the Internet before Star Trek: TNG first started. I was there on WWW to bemoan the commercial launch of AOL on the Internet and “the September that never ended”.
