@JessieLameque @AbbyWil44094211 Hey Jessica and Abby. I just did this with your recommended IG guy. He sounded very promising, I had to pay him over $100. Then the final outcome was suspicious to me. I got an email from "airbnb help" but the email was "@aol.com" sounds like a fake to me, but takes 24-48 hrs

  • brit_c_wright Brittany Clara Wright (@brit_c_wright) reported

Feeling like I’m on aol dial up trying to login to my pa unemployment. It’s been hours not loading. What’s the deal @PALaborIndustry

  • iznaut izzy "queenslayer" kestrel (@iznaut) reported

did dial-up ever have downtime? like obv you had to explicitly connect to it so it was never "always up" but i don't remember trying to get on AOL and having a message like "sorry try again later"

  • MelPowell Mel Powell (@MelPowell) reported

@Pathetica @AOLSupportHelp For my elderly (and now, sadly, late, but a great long life) cousin as I try like hell (as Executor of his Estate) to clean up his email address and look for *real* stuff...yeah, so I had to call out AOL for their crap. :-) I tried to get HIM to leave AOL, too...

  • chadbdot Chad Borkenhagen (@chadbdot) reported from Brooklyn, New York

@thirddegreeburn AOL chat rooms were THE WORST.

  • EmpressAPGAR Lauren Michele (@EmpressAPGAR) reported

Of all of the time sucking crap we have to do in residency, truly the AAP ILP is the worst. With potentially the worst user experience of any technology I've encountered. AOL 1994 was more advanced than this.

  • lagomorpheme 🔞 mio astra (@lagomorpheme) reported

@Arashidrgn i never used AOL itself and absolutely lurked in other chats 99% of the time as a "hmm. social interaction. weird! i may also participate one day" thing, can't relate

  • CMFIOWA Curtis Frazier (@CMFIOWA) reported

@Jim_Jordan Mr. Jordan, please sit down. You became irrelevant and unreliable quite a while ago. You are the AOL email of government.
