If I'm tweeting about one topic that isn't related to a world tragedy at the time, that doesn't mean I'm not aware or doing what I can to help. Humans have the ability to care about multiple things at once. No one signed up to be screamed at to care like an AOL chain email.

During 9/11 I was an AOL tech talking to a New Yorker at call center, years later I went back and, job there but contract was Verizon wireless and Katrina happened. I would never work at call center again. Pay was good and benefits but disaster every damn time.🤪
