@ChesWho @_VivLee As far as I can tell it never really went away. It seems to be treated as a casual after-school hangout place not unlike AOL chatrooms and stuff back in the day. Same ****, different medium.

@LOVLEEANNWISE @katiecouric Got my first computer, a Gateway, in 1993, when I was 50, and was on Aol by early 1994, chatrooms and all. 🎶 those were the days my friend, we thought they’d never end 🎶
