  @AOLSupportHelp Why can I no longer use the email app on my phone for my AOL email. It constantly tells me i need to re-enter my credentials. My password is fine if I login to the AOL app. Just doesn't work with the email app on my phone. I don't want to use your app

  And I should be clobbered for even considering contacting @Ask_Spectrum A very stupid decision on my part. Their tech support personnel are outsourced & incompetent, with the tech knowledge of an AOL chat monitor circa 1997
