@eponafan @RedRoseTwoHands @McDonalds "huh what? I couldn't hear you" I never allow that **** on my phone. Long ago, when AOL had an app for the desktop, that you load from a floppy (lol)... hackers figured out how to take your credits for AOL time and move it to their account. Lesson learned.

@CrazyNormie We had aol instant messanger as our form of communication. Almost all my friends went to NYU, lots of fam lived LES. We didn't know what was going on. Cell towers were down. People left up away messages they were ok / injured / someone was missing or died.

@DonnellyMvp @ElitistEra 🤝🙏 If it does turn out the same way in the long run it’s going to be interesting since AEW is owned by someone who loves pro-wrestling so he’s not going to ever look down on the company like how AOL viewed WCW.

@cryptorecruitr @intocryptoverse AOL had a big network effect in the late 90’s. We did not stick with dial up Internet after we tried high speed internet or flip phones when smartphones released. Something better replaced them eventually. Love ETH but it’s not unbeatable.

@aolmail HELP my email stopped receiving Wednesday of last week. I’m a grandfathered in Verizon account taken over by @FrontierCorp I’ve tried troubleshooting through AOL mail help page and can’t solve this! I changed nothing on my end and can still send but not receive HELP

@beetle_fucker AOL quickly deleted his websites once news came out and only some of the WADs were downloaded before then, so unfortunately it most likely will never be found
