@MrRational15 @MonifaBandele @VickieforNYC Just like the real AOL….slow and outdated.

  • FaceOfficer Banks (@FaceOfficer) reported

@MorningBrew Worst acquisition since AOL purchased Netscape

  • Vryed -C ❌ (@Vryed) reported

@AOL You need to give us what we want. Can't use @Outlook for my mail now thanks to you shutting down the app generated password bit. Must use your app. I have 20 years of email in Outlook. I don't want mail scattered all over the place. Fix it!

  • leafnoodler Zenith, 🔞🌿🌊🐉 (@leafnoodler) reported

@CumInMyMeowth …do you remember, ages ago, when aol made an “anonymous” dataset of search histories for research? and it was just as terrible as it sounded? that could now be turned into…something all right

  • ExtremelyAvg Brian D. Meeks (@ExtremelyAvg) reported

I use Discord daily, now, but there was a time... ...where it made me want to go on a tri-state killing spree. AOL was NEVER that poorly designed.

  • stefalifigus Stefalifigus (@stefalifigus) reported

@AOLSupportHelp I would never get a new email through AOL after this experience. And to address whether or not I have enough information, they ask for one thing and one thing only. One single piece of information that I have screenshots of that they tell me is wrong.

  • stefalifigus Stefalifigus (@stefalifigus) reported

@AOLSupportHelp A public forum seems appropriate to address the fact that nobody is helping in private either. No matter how many times you ask for my information to look like something is being done, nothing is being done to help.

  • ZAMN_gina ɐ u ı ƃ 🍭 (@ZAMN_gina) reported

I will never forget my friends bday because it was her screen name on aol. It’s tomorrow 😚

  • stefalifigus Stefalifigus (@stefalifigus) reported

@AOLSupportHelp My new email address with @gmail doesn’t fix the problem either as the @AOL account I had for over 22 years has a massive amount of unrecoverable data and my children’s patient portals, IRS account, job applications, lawyer communications, etc attached to it.

@AmericanOnline0 Good morning, Aol. Bummer…that’s an awful boss. Did you talk to your boss about it? Curious.
