    I was 18, fresh out the nest in my first apartment, I got a job working phone tech support for AOL, and upon completion of the training (3 weeks in) they dropped the bomb that any intellectual property created by me while I work there was owned by them. Flat out. cont... 1/2

    Will we look bad at Tesla’s earning manipulation and the coming frenzy over buying Twitter as the top? Kind of the crazy mentality that caused Times Warner to buy AOL back in the day. Talk about a disaster.

    @fesshole When I worked for AOL we didn’t have caller id systems, but that was when they had outsourced IT support to a 3rd party who cut every corner they could. Did have a customer have problems looking at all the porn he had saved though.
