@AOL so, I just got off the phone with one of your representatives that informed me it was no longer policy to uphold a compensation given to me after my email was hacked and that AOL was canceling my AARP. Any comment? Is this customer service standards you are happy enforcing?

CW: d***name I did successfully place another order after deadnaming myself 3-4 times on forms but I can’t even put my true, legal name on shipping address so *AOL noise* you’ve got dead mail! Far from the worst thing happening to trans folks but still, this *should* be easier

@TransTrekkieSam My dad would use the same AOL account at his office as at home. Sometimes we would already be logged on and he’d have to kick us off. Also originally they only had one username, but they would sign in and not watch us so I created my own with full privs
