Literally wrote VRU scripts for them for customers to get help instructions via fax machine when they called into the 800#. It was called FaxBack. If you couldn't dial 0 it was cuz the queues were full.

ESPECIALLY in the current job market ….my current name on here is a stage name imo but my actual gov name I own the domain to and it forwards to my resume , my LinkedIn, and a few projects I’m involved in
