I don't even think the AOL merger got this catastrophic. Granted, that one was bad too, but for different reasons. The biggest one being the DotCom bubble bursting and tons of early Internet focused companies losing a lot money, AOL Time Warner included.

  • RichWilfong Rich Wilfong (@RichWilfong) reported

@HorlockWarlock Don’t feel bad. I still know people using aol email addresses.

  • DigiRanma DigiRanma (@DigiRanma) reported

@TheCcatman @TShane626 @thecartooncrave Again, depends on what's being done. It could just be the boss being an ******* and remove them from the service (latest rumor is to stop paying residuals), a write off because WB hasn't stopped bleeding since AOL, or both.

My horny *** should have never got ahold of those 14 day dial up AOL trials as a kid...

@bento_bongos @Benimated @hEnereyG I want to see this merger fail real hard. Warner Bros. is already repeating history and it needs to put an end with those failed mergers. It failed with AOL, it failed again with AT&T and third times the failure will occur with the Discovery channel.

  • LeTotinos LeTotinos (Ashton) 🍄 (@LeTotinos) reported

This Warner Bros Discovery merger is on par with overtaking the AOL Time Warner merger. Its so horrible rn

  • TheToonGirl Toonaroo (@TheToonGirl) reported

It's clear to me that the whole Warner Bros. Discovery merger was a terrible idea from the start, and it's proving to be even more disastrous than the AOL merger from 2001. WB has not learned anything. 😒

  • EHaugsby Eric Haugsby (@EHaugsby) reported from Los Angeles, California

  • bindingrod Dani Kandi (@bindingrod) reported

@AOLSupportHelp Why is it that when I DM you about something, I'm not helped at all and I am referred back to AOL's Support page, which refers me back here? Is there an e-mail address that I can use to e-mail the concerns to that I had originally DMed this account?
