    @BadLegalTakes Do we really want Meta writing the VR “bill of rights”? Should we allow Twitter to arbitrarily enforce its TOS when it feels like it? Probably no. But S230 as written effectively allows for this, because it was written when the biggest interactive computer service was AOL!

    Hallo, @AOL! Could you help me? I'm unable to access my instagram account. I've tried the "forgot my password" to get the recovery email from @instagram but I never receive an email in my @AOL mailbox. Why can't I receive the recovery email?

    @AungierM He doesn’t do **** all. He’s a full on liability. The greatest waste of money since AOL bought Bebo. That’s a fact. I’m willing to go on record with that statement.

    @jwillrosenberg @MarkNeuman18 Yeah. idealab! (with the exclamation point), CMGI. etc. I remember when AOL / Time Warner was announced in Mar. 2000. Almost at Nasdaq peak. I wonder whether there will be a mega-cap merger to signal the peak this time that ends up creating a trillion dollar goodwill writedown.

    I remember those early days of AOL. Signing on and hearing "You've got mail!" was a thrill. I was young and stupid.

    Let me start by mentioning that the Metaverse today is where the Internet was during AOL. In other words, there are a lot of new things to come. Remember that the original web was all text-based, it was slow, and there wasn’t even any video.
