@Chancegrowsbiz @AEWrestling @tntdrama @IAmJericho To be fair TNT sold it because AOL didn’t want wrestling when they bought Time Warner back in the day. Plus WCW was ruined by creative control and guaranteed money and bad management (Russo).

@Spectrum, #SPECTRUM must be the worst internet provider. Claims to have an excellent uptime but in 90days service has had more #spectrumoutage than any other service provider since early 90s AOL!

once I got older & the internet became a thing, I tried to find her. I was a hacker at the time (if you know me from AOL days...you know what's up) so I exhausted my resources. never found her.

@thefancyfaced Awe...come on now...don't forget about AOL and that damn buzzing sound from using dial-up!!!! "You've got mail!" Lol

@Anticleric FB would be to the Metaverse as AOL Online was to the Internet. A watered down walled garden. It might be "just ok" to those that dont know any better. For a time.. the real stuff will win out though.

@JayWamsted I was 10 when the internet started growing, and email/instant messaging was born on dial up through AOL. It took a minute or two, but by typing the right words I could see all the naked pictures I wanted. At ten years old I made the decision never to procreate. I still thank God.

This post that I see over and over and over again about blaming TikTok for what happened today… Yes, if tiktok didn’t take down the posts about shooting, then they’re to blame too. But talk to your kids man!!! This reminds me of AOL chat rooms.

If @aol can send a bajiollionty discs for their service to me via @USPS, surely @POTUS can arrange for us all to get COVID tests at home … for free. #OmicronVariant seems to demand better efforts from our leaders.

  • javajoint daniel smith (@javajoint) reported

@Anticleric and btw I know AOL Online is redundant... I actually worked on AOL dot Com, which was the separate web site (not the service everyone thinks about)

  • StudiosSeahorn SEAHORN EPUBLISHING STUDIOS AND PODCASTING (@StudiosSeahorn) reported
