1/2 Here's a thought for my fellow gen Xers and probably some millenials too....Y'all remember the start of the internet? That **** was wild. SomethingAwful, Rotten .com, JennyCam, viruses. So many viruses. Limewire. Napster. AOL chatrooms. ******* OG Craigslist!

This one time I got in trouble for running up a giant phone bill from local toll charges DLing Sailor Moon & DBZ .mov & Mega Man 8 .wav clips all night clips cuz I changed the AOL access number to Santa Cruz (cuz it was still 408), since all the local access numbers were busy.

I wonder if all the "I hate Cancel Culture!" Karen's still have and regularly use: -a newspaper subscription -AOL -George Foreman Grill -Tae Bo VHSs etc Or is cancelling only okay when it's capitalist in nature, and moral and ethical reasons aren't good enough?
