@AOLSupportHelp Who signed off on the decision to change the password requirements during lockdown? This is deeply unhelpful timing as I'll now have to spend hours trying to talk my parents through the issue while unable to visit them. Terrible idea.

@aolmail I have been using your mail since last 10 years , not a single instance when the app could attach any file from phone be it a doc or jpeg. The mail interface & app is outdated. It's a mail which I can't afford to loose being much circulated. Any help??@AOLSupportHelp

@nousgnostic Dang! I had that very same problem on my account... so I went and found another email (AOL) and made a new account. I'm really starting to like gab now that I'm getting use to the platform! You know the learning curve.

@aolmail When is the issue with accessing email through I-phones or I pads going to be addressed or fixed? Yes, I can access through the aol app but it was easier using the email app on my iPhone.
