@ggreenwald I am old enough to remember when AOL, Netscape, Yahoo and MySpace were the big things. I am not saying Twitter, Facebook and Google will face a similar fate, but by hacking off a large segment of their customer base, I am not saying they won’t.

Dad has finally canceled his @AOL account. They've stolen their last $40 monthly fee. Listened to him try to speak to customer service on the phone and they were godawful. Nobody understands these call center people and they don't listen. AOL just doesn't care. Good riddance.

Wtf @Delta?! DeltaWiFi has become unbearable. Worse than ole days of AOL and trusty dial-up modem. 137 sec to load Twitter after >10 min torture logging on. Has become a my #1 factor in selecting airline for business travel. Time to get your act together. - A Million Miler
