@ReallyActivist The AOL merger (technically, an acquisition of TWX by AOL at the time) was a disaster and never made sense. As someone who was there at the time and saw it unfold from the inside, that was the catalyst for so much of what we see today.

Dear @AOL today I have received my THIRD failed delivery!Been asked to ring customer services and told I will have to wait 20 MINUTES! I don't want to pick my favourite music while I wait. I want to know how you are going to address failed delivery dates and TWO broken appliances

@92exchangestre1 @BenEhrenreich @ragepath I had this copy of Nickel & Dimed that had an aol address in the back and a list of questions to be answered. So I did. I was so surprised to get an answer in return. The worst part is, she asked me more questions and I don't think I replied the second time. I feel SO stupid!

@jsdoc34 @AOLSupportHelp yesterday my account also got suspended too but I was able to get it back within 20 minutes through the help of @joram_wawa He's indeed a genuine account recovery expert.

@NESW123 He was adamant that we NEVER EVER talked with the news division. He kept us in separate buildings in fact. CNN Bureau and CNN Business were across town from each other. never saw them. After AOL Time Warner merger we were all in Columbus circle together Big mistake in retro
