She’s been trying all day yesterday and today to reach representatives and the hold times have been too long for her to wait. Virtual assistant just says call the hotline. Can someone please help?

I started in Tech support and learned a great deal about all things computer related, both in dealing with hardware and software. Technology has changed immensely over the past 30 years.
