  @mrcauliman Despite all the noise in our little "sphere", we're still very early. Compared to the speed of internet adoption, I'd say we're still not even to that point where you had 50 CD's falling out of your mailbox from AOL and other ISP's every day. The regulations are simply a floodgate to move things along faster. The real problem is still education. Nobody wanted to learn how packets move, they just wanted to see tits online. Nobody wanted to learn html until there was a UI and MySpace made it fun.

  Bending Spoons is an Italian company that just bought Airtable for $1.2B 3 weeks after going public on Nasdaq. They already own AOL, Vimeo, Evernote, WeTransfer, Eventbrite, Brightcove, and about 50 other products. Revenue $1.3B in 2025, over $600M in Q1 2026 alone. Market cap briefly hit $25B. Their playbook: buy American tech icons at a fraction of their peak valuations, cut 75-85 percent of staff, raise prices, optimize margins. Evernote was bought for $200M after being valued at $1B. Eventbrite for $500M after IPOing at $1.76B. Vimeo for $1.38B. Now Airtable for $1.285B after being valued at $11.7B. The shopping list writes itself. Public SaaS is trading at 3-5x revenue, down from 18x in 2021. AI fear has crushed valuations across the board without distinguishing between companies that are actually threatened and those with deep workflow lock-in. Some categories that are mispriced right now: project management tools like Asana and Monday are trading at fractions of their peaks while still growing and serving enterprise customers. Collaboration and communication tools that have real user bases but stalled growth. Vertical SaaS companies where the software is deeply embedded in industry workflows that AI cannot easily replace. Developer tools with loyal communities but no path to the multiples their investors need. More European companies should be doing this. The 2021 vintage of overvalued American SaaS is a generational buying opportunity. These are real products with real revenue and real customers, just priced wrong because someone raised too much money at too high a valuation. The preference stack crushed the common holders and now the assets are available at good prices. Also, European companies have structural advantages here. Lower cost bases to operate these products and no pressure to hit Silicon Valley return multiples and operational discipline built from never having had the luxury of burning cash.

"Meghan Markle Thinks She Holds ‘All the Cards’ Over Kate Middleton — Insider." markle believes she has been invited to Balmoral, and that means that markle 'holds all the cards now' ?? The only 'cards' that markle holds are all 🃏cards ! The harkles haven't been invited to Balmoral in six years, and the will NEVER be invited anywhere in the same space as William and Catherine. The disgusting way the harkles sold lies for $$$$$ and destroyed the last few months of both Prince Philip and Queen Elizabeth will NEVER be forgotten, or forgiven. She has already been moaning about the way she was treated during the recent visit to Highgrove, that I doubt that King Charles will ever want her anywhere near his personal space in the future. It was a test to see if the harkles could be trusted, and they spectacularly failed. Not that anyone is surprised. #FOHarryandMeghan

  @Wild_Nefari @Hulex My only reason for discord usage is for streaming & community build it has far better tools for that. TG I use it for virtually anything. But damn I do miss the days of MIRC or AOL cause when you send a file it doesn’t matter how big it was.

Dear Members of the Board, We write to formally express our interest in acquiring, partnering on, or otherwise assuming operational stewardship of MySpace. I. BACKGROUND Cache has sought to engage with the Board privately on twelve (12) prior occasions. The Board has elected not to respond. For the record: all twelve messages were delivered. None bounced. Cache operates an email verification company. We are in a position to confirm this. We therefore proceed publicly, as is customary. II. RATIONALE On July 31, the Board publicly confirmed that it still owns MySpace, considers itself a steward of the brand, and intends to relaunch, pending the right time. Cache respectfully submits that the right time was approximately eleven years ago, and that the second-best time is Tuesday. The market for beloved internet brands that stopped compounding is now competitive. MySpace is the most valuable unmanaged asset remaining in it. III. PROPOSAL Cache is prepared to: (a) acquire MySpace outright; (b) partner on the relaunch; or (c) enter a joint venture in which the Board retains control and Cache assumes the operating burden.   .@Ask_Spectrum is worse than AOL dial up—by far. Some manager gave me his number so I could call him if things got bad again. No reply. I need to spend my time trying to save my life from the massive malpractice by Kaiser. My energy is just crushed every day. I struggle to write even a few lines. Dealing with Spectrum again and again and again and it never been fixed is energy outlay I cannot afford.
