@zero132132 @Chartoc Artificial bull rallying doesn't require misrepresenting the value of a stock either. The key to this issue about if they are going to enforce SEC regulations is that this was done publicly. Not privately. The rule was put into place because of AOL chatrooms.

@ShireenGhorbani This is awful. An ex of mine - way back when AOL had chat rooms would pretend to be me and invite strangers to my home and work to meet them. I’ll let you imagine the tone of those conversations and what they expected when they met - it took 8 months before he stopped
