@Hahrts Your right, AOL prob would've sold anyway but that don't excuse the number of crazy stupid booking choices he made

@FrieselRobert The internet is a big anonymous cesspool of bad behavior. Has been since AOL floppies were inserted into our drives. After 30+ years of it, I don’t let it get to me anymore. My standing reaction is “Whatever” (Delete/Block).

It was still AOL 1.0 when I first joined. They charged by the hour for slow dial-up service. Before that, I used Excel 2.0 running on a run-time version of Windows 2.0. Before that I used Lotus 1-2-3 running on MS-DOS 2.0 (or maybe 1.0?)

@Hahrts Considering it’s wrong and lazy thinking. AOL/Time Warner killed WCW and TNA still exists. While I’m not the biggest fan of his work (there’s good and bad for me), he didn’t kill anything.

People that are offended by everything on Twitter wouldn’t have lasted 5 minutes in an AOL chat room. That **** was a savage Wild West.

@henderson_mark Media did distribute via HTML, but they did not invent it or really make great use of it? The content/service was basically what they had in print and/or on AOL etc.
