    I say this as part of the first gen of children to be groomed online pre-modern soc media, back in the days of dialup, unmoderated chatrooms for “kids” and AOL/MSN (also known as WLM). the kids are not the problem, a lot don’t realise the issue until adulthood.

    @chelseabwrites I worked at Waldenbooks back in the 90s & got chatty on AOL with this romance author. She told me she was doing a book tour of her first book & I invited her to our store. No one shows up & I felt awful. But Julia Quinn is doing pretty okay now #Bridgerton
