    @AOLSupportHelp Problem is u have no other service, even an online text chat to fix things, this error is on ur end and u screwed me on accessing my account. No prob I’ll switch everything over to my gmail account as they’ll be much more reliable and something like this would never happen there

    @AOLSupportHelp Yep checked dm, called the same number essentially as last time. Completely useless and was no help at all and you guys still wanted to charge me for an issue that's on your end, not mine. I can't even change my password if I wanted to which I know my password to begin with

    @LucidWhim @aolmail @AOLSupportHelp thanks, i got a response with a link to how to manage spam. what a joke. i asked this to be escalated. i have this account thanks to verizon selling us out to aol. i too will move as the spam is getting worse everyday. same stupid responses, no support at all.
