@BrianNiemeier @SouthJerseyDood The technology is what gets me those most. It depended on where you leaved but even in the early 90's not all of us had personal computers. We had one but it was mostly for a data entry job my mom did at home. Never really bought one ourselves til like the AOL days lol

  • Hello_Evelina (@Hello_Evelina) reported

@aolmail @AOLSupportHelp I've noticed many emails are going straight into the trash. I mainly access my AOL email account on the client app on my Samsung smartphone. I have never wanted these emails to go to my trash and am not sure how to make it stop.

@MekkaDonMusic Wanna know what the best (most fun) part of **** like this is? Remembering things forgotten. Before iPhone, Newton. (Don't, just don't) AOL pager thingie (piss off youngins, if not for... I doubt your TIC would TOC and you could elevate above us normies)

AOL is a good analogy for where things are in crypto markets: sufficient size, people understanding the use case, lots of valuation problems and like AOL, a lot will go by the wayside. However, AOL set a lot of things in motion that otherwise wouldn’t have happened.

Is anyone else iPhone spam emails coming to their main email folder?? I get at least 20 spam emails a day and they don’t even have my email attached they say sent to Robyn @ aol or just a weird email that’s not mine. I’m sick of it @apple! Fix that!!!

  • PoignantTails Tails♡Aesthetician Admirer (@PoignantTails) reported

13 year old me in AOL chatrooms did not give a ****. I would waltz into your Inn and Bar like no problem.

@PharmaBlue Good luck. I also hate being responsible for this stuff. My dad finds ways to break stuff that are unfathomable and then denies being the issue. He’s 87 and checks his AOL email on his MacBook. PEBKAC.
