I like this yikes unfollowing phase cause that's 100% what I aim for my tweets to cause I've been talking mad **** online since AOL, i know when I've made a room go quiet with nothing but frantic *typing...* I do not need italics to know if I've been left on read. No one does.

Phone service was barely working where I was in Queens, and it wasn't working at all in Manhattan. My best friend's boyfriend was at work in Midtown. He found me on AOL Instant Messenger at one point and asked me to try to make a phone call on his boss's behalf.

seriously such a pet peeve when people get mad at us for not knowing how to help them recover their own gmail, yahoo, hotmail or aol accounts because they forgot their passwords. “so i can’t do anything? and you can’t help me?” nope. what am i supposed to do? remember YOUR own+

@jwz It’s probably a bad look for businesses who should have their own domain (even if using an email service provider). But there shouldn’t be a stigma for a personal AOL address. Of course, it’s nice to have a vanity domain so you can switch providers without changing your address.

Judge rules today APPL can no longer force developers to use in-app purchasing While bad for my portfolio this is good for the world In the 90s AOL also tried to control websites with their walled garden. Imagine if all "web" purchases were forced through AOL with a 30% cut
