@kurently Never did Kik, but I do remember using AOL chatrooms. I remember typing hi and giving my age, and the next thing I knew, I was getting a bunch of guys messaging me for a private chat. 😶

  • ravensbreak ravensbreak (@ravensbreak) reported

@Section_230 @SergioVengeance Fail. "Section 230, however, plainly immunizes computer service providers like AOL from liability for information that originates with third parties." Zoran determined it was defamatory & demanded AOL apologize for platforming it. Not the same as AOL censoring legal content.

  • Bolt71D d.bolt71 (@Bolt71D) reported

@matthewdmarsden I had to be one of the first to sign up for an AOL email. When you can use your first name in an email without any other special numbers or characters, you tend to hang on to it.

  • northswain parker (@northswain) reported

and i mean i was a big fan. hung out in aol chat rooms, roleplayed in the setting a lot, read every book within the first day on release...but once i realized all the weird **** in it, i was over it.

  • normalhamklep JSON Kelce (@normalhamklep) reported

@colin11111111 i thought the punchline was going to be the email was an aol account. instead the punchline was just email; this lady sucks at comedy (still a would)

  • TILVStrong Jennifer Brown (@TILVStrong) reported

So what they did is they set up a dummy email account under AOL the new 1 is under black planet. Go figure. Oldest trick N the book. Get the child to hate the mother & spread the narrative 2 the child mother abandoned them and never cared and never corresponded.not true N my case

  • GLew1970 G.Rap Brown (@GLew1970) reported

@GovAbbott Is this really a thing to post on Twitter? This is like announcing from your AOL account, that you no longer support Netscape. Strong move Chum

  • pusscrumb c r u m b b u m (@pusscrumb) reported

@CarrisWheel Theres a zero year exploit in Linuxor you can use to piggyback off of the Bent pyramid signal and spoof old AOL (Alexandria Online) tablets. You can also use a Motnet to install glyphloggers for credentials.

  • Kiyoshi_Seaman Kiyoshi Mitarai (@Kiyoshi_Seaman) reported

I had a computer 20 years ago, but it was a Dell computer and it was running Windows XP. I spent time back then reading anime fan fictions, but I will never talk about the fully story behind that. I used AOL dial-up in 2003.

@Crispy31600409 @SkyNews Got one account squirt. Maybe settle down. This isn’t the AOL message boards you’re used to.
