@writinghub2 Never heard of Bebo, but definitely did the whole AOL instant messenger thing. Ugh... Dial up. Anyway, Xanga was around 1999-03ish. It was like a blog but you could comment and give "e-props" which were basically likes. MySpace took over after that. It was all the rage at my HS.

@XBIZ At least Rep. Chris Sells states his purpose as being to protect children whose parents haven’t taken the trouble to ensure phone filters are activated. Like @CherieDeVille wrote "monitor what your kid watches on their phone, install parental controls that have existed since AOL"

@justinslostleg He had that with McMahon (and I think to a lesser extent Prichard) in WWF, but when he didn’t have anyone to filter his ideas through in WCW it got him in trouble. He didn’t kill WCW (AOL/Time Warner was determined to do that regardless) but he didn’t do them any favors.

So, on homepage of @AOL Saw page for homes of the rich and famous. Because of my work, had made numerous contacts in Los Angeles so I took a look. Picture of mansion owned #DenzelWashington. Problem is photo not his house. Anything on AOL news or ad can’t be trusted
