Just saw a viral TikTok of some woman talking about a dude she knew from like AOL or some **** when they were 11 and she wanted to find him. So people who recognized his name just gave her his phone number so she could text him???? DON’T ******* DO THAT.

@slinganswers So you raise the monthly price by $5 and then disappear with “internal system issues”… all week, cannot get in touch with anyone via phone or chat… now we have to contact you on social media… next you will all have aol email addresses… not the move to build confidence…

@gemi6615 AOL was pretty much all we had to begin with, there weren’t any web pages per se. So we’d dial up straight into aol & see the news, go on message boards etc. It was the **** lol.
