    @JoaniePhotos So true! I enjoyed Steve's show, never though about their see life for a minute. I did literally say on AOL My Pages that he would get it one of these safaris if he wasn't careful. Hated being right about that.

    @nminow @donmoyn @WSJ I switched to online-only WSJ recently and it was reminiscent of trying to cancel AOL. Impossible online, 10 minutes on hold.

    AOL (Google) Kmart (Walmart) Blockbuster (Netflix) Skype (Zoom) Toys-r-us (Amazon) MySpace (FB) Don’t get me wrong, the companies on the left definitely paved the way, but damn did they fumble the ball. You don’t have to invent it, just make it better or relevant.

    @Wamuhu_ @cmdkhalilov @Baremetrics Having to call to cancel places an additional burden on deaf/hard of hearing and non native speakers. It’s inconvenient as there are specific times you have to place the call. And you should look up how AOL treated its customers that called to quit.
