    @Peteparis48 @AOLSupportHelp 2 factor auth is not activated. I deleted the account first to see if re-adding it worked first (I did not have a solution at that time) and it kept saying it was wrong credentials. I created the 'app password' then and used it, and it worked as is using it.

    @aolmail When is the issue with accessing email through I-phones or I pads going to be addressed or fixed? Yes, I can access through the aol app but it was easier using the email app on my iPhone.

    @XanozIchimonji Trillion! that's it!. Oh lawd. Now im also thinking about the days of listening to that dial up sound as I waited to connect to AOL so i could hop into the tavern chat room where people just rp'd all the time. Damn im bout to just change my handle to Anakaris...

    OK @AOL I jumped through your hoops to allow outlook on my devices to access my email so why is it suddenly not working?

    @AOLSupportHelp I’m not suggesting posting personal information publicly I’m am asking for an acknowledgment that this issue is affecting others & is not an isolated problem.
