@hmcrem Please don't, that was the worst system in the world and would leave computers so infected with viruses that it would take me hours to fix. I was a small computer systems administrator, network engineer for the Marines and I hated working on computers with AOL.

@CathyGellis @alt_tag @jess_miers The Zeran opinion is one of the worst opinions I have ever read - and that says a lot. It distorts the Congressional history and the Restatement, as pointed out in detail in Doe v. AOL. Zeran will NEVER hold up at SCOTUS. It's a trash opinion.

@TheMetzMan Same. I never went on to become a game developer/creator myself, but KnP allowed me to feel like I was, & I became a fairly prolific KnP game maker around the same age. I uploaded several of my games to the AOL downloadable games, which were downloaded a fairly popular amount.

@aprilfiet Strange fact, I never had AOL because I had the Tallahassee FreeNet through the Leon County Public Library. I could always tell the quality of my connection from the sound it made. There is a video of the sounds of the 80s-90s that we've lost. Have you seen it?
