@Dennis_Porter_ I made Bitcoin up as a child. Was on the calls with banks to launch it. Typed the prof my damn self.. on a email address I made with aol. Made up a fake name to get Foreign countries to invest… ran a VPN in Japan for years, it’s USA, it’s been USA, and will remain USA. @BTCTN

  • KateJayChase Katharine J Chase (@KateJayChase) reported

Another AOL truth: An estimated half of AOL's subscriber based who dealt with bad old phone lines may not even be able to respect the speed bump we got after the technology wave fully in bloom of sorts. Many more options than old, SLOW dial-up.

  • LaComtesseJamie Jamie Kenney (@LaComtesseJamie) reported

It is absolutely wild to me that Vladimir Putin has been in power since we were still all on AOL, but there are people who are like "Mmmm... IDK, I don't think he's the bad guy. That's just the lamestream media force-feeding me their opinion."

“WhY dOnT yOu TuRn OFf YoUr ReAd RecEipTs?” Because I don’t give a damn who gets left on read. The whole ******* point of iMessage and iPhones was to imitate instant messaging. I never gave a **** during AOL days and I certainly won’t start now. You guys just like being sneaky.

@NewStyle303 @JeffCassidy @andymstone No question that this isn’t a 1A issue. I am old enough to remember when AOL, Netscape, Yahoo and MySpace were the big things in tech. I am not saying Facebook, Google and Twitter will meet a similar fate—and I’m not saying they won’t if they alienate enough of their customers.

  • cashdaddiespod 𝗖𝗔𝗦𝗛 𝗗𝗔𝗗𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗦 🎙️ (@cashdaddiespod) reported

By 2009, AOL would be spun off from Time Warner to become its own stand alone company with a market cap of about $3.3 billion, down more than 97% from AOL’s tech bubble high.
