    @Scot1andT Survivorship bias in play. Could also show ghastly charts of AOL, Yahoo, Nortel, etc from that time frame that never recovered.

    Huge shoutout to the @BlueJays/@RogersCentre staff too - hasn’t changed since I worked here. At a time of vaccination checks, Covid, and apparently a card machine network running on AOL ‘95 the level of friendliness and customer care is exemplary *to a person*. #WeAreBlueJays

    @eBookNoir @TMobileHelp Now down to 2.1kbps. AOL-level stuff. And yeah, the LTE connection isn’t much better. Just upgraded to the 5G home setup because they put up a 5G tower here. But man, it’s just not working. Time to find a replacement.

    @gravislizard Really curious what this is... Googling network cyber park 1991 turns up that Sierra's ImagiNation Network (INN) was sold to AOL and launched a 3D virtual community named Cyber Park in 1991. Could this have been for a scrapped earlier iteration?

    @AOLSupportHelp a week on from my report and I still see loads of people with the same issue. Why can’t I access my email? Says password invalid and can’t reset it. It has everything I need there including my dog and car insurance certificates. No one is replying!

    @everywhereist I’m having this problem with some geriatric who has forwarded his old aol account to my gmail. I can’t figure out how to stop it.

    @JessGrose I have a sympatico email. Some online forms won't even accept it as a real email. Wonder if AOL people run into the same problem.

    @NonbinarySaru Because all of the emojis someone could have picked, they went with the basic smile. That's not even the default smile, it's the toned down one. So either they're being passive aggressive... or they are old like me and they're still living that MSN/AOL instant messenger life.
