    @_allisulli I thought yahoo and aol chat rooms were bad in that regard. Seems like it just keeps getting worse with every new social media platform.

    @cybe @HenryMakow Yes, I was wondering about that. I definitely do not use Spamhaus, and have trouble emailing Henry and others, from both Gmail and AOL mail.

    @AOL is it usual for your customer support team to cut people off from communicating further with a problem that is not of an individuals making? I've sent 4 emails, got a response to 1, yet you want me to complete satisfaction surveys.
