New research just dropped: CSS in emails is a silent bomb. Webmail clients try to sanitize styles so they’re “safe.” Researchers at PortSwigger just showed how those sanitizers can be broken, letting attackers steal login tokens, hijack clicks inside Outlook, track opens, and even pull off attacks with zero JavaScript. Gmail, Outlook, Fastmail, ProtonMail, Yahoo, AOL all in the firing line.
