Nothing like an AOL email address support request to end the week… sheesh. I’m truly amazed by the entitlement of some folks after going out of my way to help them. One perk of being an indie: if you’re that rude to me, I’ll “fire” you as a customer without any qualms about it.

@PowerGPU I never used AOL's service, but loved receiving those free floppy disks in the mail. One quick reformat and they were good to go!

I remember AOL Messenger I hated when the disk came in and they had scratches. 56K was "the ****!" Then it turned into just "****!". I lives the evolution did you?

@Lum_ holy **** im old and i dont like it. pre to early 90s: dial up BBS mid to late 90s: somethingawfuldotcom, portalofevil then: aol, powwow, icq, and aim, in that order. now: roughly 400 discords. I skipped most social media sites until they were already dying for the next thing.
