@Adult Thanks. I tried to "sell it" whenever possible - find what features they would most benefit from & remind the customer of everything before letting them go. I made them tell me why they offered me the QA position. I had the highest retention rate. AOL execs approved of me.

@wbm312 All I want from gmail is a block / allow list. I don’t want it going to spam, I don’t want it marked as promo. I want it to fail to deliver and never touch my inbox. @gmail has turned to complete garbage over the last year. I’m getting more spam now than during the aol era

@DennyCloudhead @benz145 Agreed. But too much of it and everywhere will end up like AOL. Though that wasn’t such a bad thing, we got better broken off products as it aggregated what was needed to show mass streaming the internet.
