Be sure to catch me on Instagram, Mastadon, Blogspot, Webringz, Geocities, Friendster, MSN Messenger, that one Matrix Online server that somehow never got turned off, a PhpBB board about model trains, and soundlessly screaming from within a 1998 AOL CD lost in your basement.

  • monarchdiaries The Monarch Diaries (Hardcore) (@monarchdiaries) reported

@MassDara Twitter won't "die". It'll most likely circle the drain indefinitely, hemorrhaging interesting users and relevance. It will eventually become a walking dead concern, like AOL, MySpace, and (optimistically) Tumblr. There won't be a loss of service, just a slow depressing slide

  • Sherry60504887 Sherry (@Sherry60504887) reported

@rj3000 DISCORD. AM not at home right now but tomorrow I plan on posting alternatives. Aol pulled this **** and it failed miserably a few years back.

@ashtonpittman Hand to heart - my AOL email is the LEAST spammy account I have. I have several domains of my own w/mail, GMail, etc. I figure scammers think AOLers are dead, going down with dementia, or too stupid to find other platforms so they don't even bother.
